Application procedure for seeking Advance Ruling by the Odisha Authority of Advance Ruling

1. For obtaining an advance ruling, application shall be filed online in the GST Portal in Form GST ARA-01 on payment of fee of Rs.5000/- under OGST and Rs.5000/- under CGST.
2. To take a print of the application filed online.
3. To submit hard copy of the application along with relevant statement of facts and copies of challans as proof of payment of fees before the Authority for Advance Ruling, 1st Floor, Rajaswa Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
4. The hard copy of the application is to be submitted to the Superintendent, CGST in charge of Advance Ruling.
